I am an Instructional Designer and e-Learning Developer with 16 years of experience in developing instructional materials for diverse populations.

I create meaningful training solutions focused on closing knowledge and skill gaps for corporate employees. I seek to find the root of a business challenge and stay curious throughout the process, allowing me to provide effective solutions.

I am relationship-centered with strong communication skills. I am committed to continually educate myself and to continually improve systems for racial and social equity.

I create learning solutions and opportunities that build capacity in employees and drive success for the entire organization. My work will empower others in their role. I want to work for an organization that is invested in their people and their people are just as invested in the organization .
